We know that considering teeth whitening can bring up questions.
Is it right for me? Will it be comfortable?
At City Dental, we believe the best results start with an honest conversation and a commitment to your comfort.
Our Promise:
We’ll always check that your teeth and gums are healthy before we recommend any whitening. We’ll take the time to understand what’s causing discolouration in your smile and explain your options clearly, without any pressure.
If you’re curious about whitening, the best way to see if it’s right for you is to come in for a chat. We can answer your questions honestly and help you make a confident decision.
We offer different ways to brighten your smile because we know everyone’s life and needs are different. Here’s how we can help:
If you have a special occasion coming up or simply prefer to get it done all at once, this is a good option. You can relax in our chair, and we’ll take care of the rest. It’s a straightforward way to see a noticeable difference in about an hour.
If you prefer to brighten your smile gradually from the comfort of your home, this is a great fit. We’ll create custom trays that fit your teeth perfectly and give you clear instructions. It’s a gentle process you can control.
Some of our patients like to start with the in-chair treatment for an immediate boost and then use the take-home kit occasionally to maintain that fresh, bright feeling. If that sounds like you, we can talk about this option.
“Will it make my teeth sensitive?”
We use Pola whitening products specifically because they are formulated to be gentle and reduce sensitivity. Your comfort is our priority.
“I have crowns/fillings. Can I still whiten my teeth?”
It’s a great question. Whitening gel only works on natural tooth enamel. We’ll let you know how this might affect your smile and discuss how to achieve a result you’ll be happy with.
“How do I know which option is for me?”
That’s what we’re here for. During your consultation, we’ll talk through your goals, your schedule, and what feels right for you. There’s no one-size-fits-all answer.
